Sarita is a home buying and home marketing specialist with over a decade of experience living in Chicago. Her personalized approach to her client’s needs focuses on partnership and support from beginning to end of the real estate investment journey. As a house hacker herself, Sarita understands the demands her clients face in the Chicago market and uses her personal experience to help work through issues. She doesn't believe that the client relationship ends when the ink dries at closing, and she is regularly in contact with clients about their rehabs, filling vacancies, and providing resources to new investors.

Before Sarita received her real estate license, she gained extensive experience in negotiation and communications while serving as Sales and Marketing Director at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Additionally, she broadened her knowledge of strategic marketing management by completing its Executive Education Seminars program.  

Sarita has also spent years working within the Chicago Public School District by acting as a resource and advocate for non-traditional students wishing to complete their degree. Her time with CPS allowed her to gain valuable insights and develop an in-depth knowledge of local communities and the businesses, schools, and cultural amenities each one has to offer. 

Her background as a classically trained opera singer combined with years of experience performing improv and stand-up comedy has prepared her well for the quick and creative thinking required to be a successful real estate agent.

Megan Osberger

Megan enthusiastically shares her love of the city and enjoys introducing clients to the variety of cultures you can find across neighborhoods. As the Lead Buyer's Agent, she regularly meets with new buyers and helps them hone in on strategies to accomplish their financial goals. You'll see her out and about across the city, often on her bike, scoping out properties for interested buyers. In addition to leading her clients through the buying process, as an integral member of the team, Megan steps in as needed to help ensure all of our clients see interesting properties before they are gone. She attends inspections, meets contractors at properties, and makes sure the paperwork is in order.

With a background in legal marketing and events with several international Chicago-based law firms and a stint assisting lenders at Guaranteed Rate, Megan brings the energy and focus needed to thrive in this high-pressure market. As a parent to a Chicago Public School student, she also understands the strain many families face in a property search and is able to use her insights to their advantage. She works hard every day to help all of our clients love Chicago as much as she does!

Jorden Gerkin

Jordan broke into the real estate world in 2018 when he and his dad flipped a 3-bed 2-bath house together. About a year later, his first rental property, a single-family home, revealed his true passion for real estate. Jordan purchased a 35-unit mixed-use apartment building soon after. He now manages over 50 units full-time, traveling between properties as needed.

Jordan bought his newest property, a house hack in Irving Park, with the Sarita Sells Team. We were immediately impressed with his experience, and interested in how he could complement the team. With an extensive background in customer service, outside of property management, coupled with his conscientious personality, Jordan assists our team in many ways. Currently, he acts as a deal scout, crunching numbers for our clients while working towards getting his real estate license. He is a team player through and through, so you can also catch him meeting contractors to discuss rehabs and preventative maintenance, connecting our clients with resources, and meeting photographers at properties.
